Asked me to invest in the cild care along with a percentage return. Agredment was made. And they refuse to pey me

They came to me and asked me to become and invester in their company. And in return I would recieve 15% interest after all bills were paid. Then after a year of waiting she then had a company name Reese-Denman Corp call me and said that she was amedeator for the IRS and she was working with Kathleen to help get her books in order. And that the agreement was illegal. Because they were a non profit company and could not pay interest. At that time I said to them okay no profit on my investment then just return my real money that was legal. Don't hide behind the non profit status, because they new it was set up that way before they came to me and asked me for help. The doors would not have gotten open without my funds.
The company is living large, with great income but want repay me for the start up advance. They want return phone call nor letters. If by chance I do get them on the line and they realize its me I then gen a dail tone. This is just not a rip off, its just plain old Fraud. Also hiding behide a Church Charter.
