Awful customer service and did not deliver

I was referred to this Company to correct a couple items in my client's Credit Report, it would've taken me about a month to correct the credit my self or so I thought, when I contacted the president of this Company. I couldn't empasize more how important was to have the corrections done in less than 30 days; after reviewing the Credit report that I e-mailed this person said it woud take about 2 1/2 weeks to take care of it and ofcourse they charged my client's Credit card before doing any work. It took about a month for me to find out after I called that there were some issues correcting the Credit history and that it was going to take a couple of more weeks, to shorten the review they overpromissed, did not deliver and never called back and flaked on an appointment without calling to cancel. I would never recomend this Company to anybody!!
