We requested a Treatment Bear and many other misc Treatment Bear products from the web on 11/29. These were really particular items which among my kids request x mas. I received confirmation mail on that evening also it didnot show they didnot have precise products.

Around Dec 2 I began calling the delivery office telephone number where no body might reply.

I sent a contact round the fifth wondering about my products and not got an answer.

I finally got somebody about the telephone round the 11th who stated that delivery have been behind and they had simply delivered plenty of deals out which I ought to have mine by advantages on that evening or even the next since I had been within the same condition. About the 15th I named again an got the intended operator. She mentioned that she'd experimented with email me that my 13' Treatment Bear was no further in-stock which she'd misc products much like quarry although not what I'd requested for. She was really rude and was clearly not worried about her company or keeping clients. She ended my purchase. Want I'd have browse the additional grievances from this company.

Overall you should not trust what's on the internet site for inventory products, nor purchase something that you'll need in an acceptable period. After receiving off the telephone together with her, the things I'd requested were still shown as on their web site.

I'd never suggest the corporation to anybody.
