Secured Pay Center Liars, Misrepresentation, Rip-Off, Unethical

This company will avoid refunding money. They told me on October 20th that I would be receiving my refunds which totals $162.35. They have e-mailed me asking for certain information about my purchase of Underground Cash Secret and some extra perks that went with it. I have responded several times with the information they asked for and still nothing. They even sent me an e-mail on October 20th, November 4 and the last one was on November 5th stating I would have my refunds within 2 - 5 days and another e-mail that said I would have the money refunded in 7 - 10 days. To date, I still have not received the refunds. When I call they keep telling me that the Accounts Receivable department will contact me to get this resolved. However, I never receive the call so I feel like it is a ploy to just keep me off their back until I call again.

Be very careful when purchasing any type of program where Secured Pay Center is the collector for the company selling the item or information.

Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and wish there could be more honest people and companies out there.
