Poor service

While going to get my images i had been informed they hadn't been ordered promptly, and were still not thereafter two weeks of waiting. And so i check back 24 hours later, and also the man informs me that the container of these came in but he wasnt going to open it to determine if mine was inside. I stated okay well i'll just try again afterwards, and he got an entire perspective with me and said well i'll put you on hold and you will watch for me to complete what i have to do after which i'll return with you at some time. On-hold? Is he kidding me, it made me wish to lower there. 24 hours later i proceed inside to see if by some chance they've appeared, and am welcomed with a large type of people in the business, and you know what no business worker. I suppose they just continued break and not returned, and also the sad part is the fact that all of the people in-line before me had visits and have been waiting over an hour for someone to appear. I still have yet to have the images i taken care of. I'm totally unhappy with this portrait business, and certainly will not be with them later on. They have to review their customer service abilities.
