Unauthorized charges

Bought online-music download for $10.99 through the Rhapsody client application. The download didn't start and my bill info didn't replicate the purchase or perhaps a failed download.

I re-tried the procedure, which started the download and finished successfully. Upon examining my declaration, I realized that I'd been charged twice. I approached the organization five times through talk and telephone conversations. They originally stated that it had been a pending condition and might fall off from my lender... Which could occur, and so I waited.

The purchase determined and that I approached them again, which resulted in many arguements of these stating that their documents don't replicate another purchase - meaning that I'm possibly unaware or that I'm trying some form of fraud - never, actually striving to analyze their software for problem.

I increased until I eventually discovered a boss which was us-based, which requires significantly more than one hour of talking with people who are actually transforming websites and providing me that same tale and losing my period. (I've to get this done every time I contact, incidentally)

Although awaiting the final boss - I named my lender protection to document a state on my cell. I'd 2 telephones on audio plus they equally responded in the same period. I permitted the Rhapsody boss to listen to the financial institution protection repetition verify the 2nd cost and started a charge-back. The Rhapsody repetition did not actually worry about my lost moment, my disappointment or even the present state of the disaster... And advised me they could'nt simply support me like a client and conserve my period or study the problem and contact me back. All-they may do is fraudently cost me and never cope with the problem. AMAZING!

They are able to ask you for, but easily not see the charge within their records and they'll not move to determine their particular error. They informed me this is their approved strategy.
