No backup and bad place to work

My buddy died because of this place! He was a guard who recently lost his life protecting for this lame company! They send you to places all alone, no firearm and tell you not to get into confrontations with suspects then when something goes wrong, noone backs you up, ever! My buddy was just doing his job in Riverside on a graveyard and swing post and he never got backup from field supervisor when needed! He radioed, he called police but it was too late and now company wants to brush it under the rug! Management has turned their back on employeees so many times it aint even funny! Only the high up get union backup and even that is a joke! Stay away and run like hell if you get a job offer!
