Disaiblity discrimation, failure to provide timely pay check after termination

My son was employed by securitas just recently. He passed all the tests and told them that he had a disability and they were fine with it. Securitas went behind my son's back and made further inquiries through an individual my son knows at the company and sought more confidential information on his disability, which was my son's place to discuss and no one elses. He has all the capabilities to perform this job.

Once they talked found out they talked with him, they reduced his hours, placed him in positions and places that should have had armed guards due to recent robberies or areas in phoenix that are dangerous at night and he was alone. They then sent out a field manager to check one of his assignments. The store CVS wanted him outside the field manager told him to stay inside. The store manager wanted him outside and told him so, but since a manager from securitas told him to stay inside it is what he did, not wanting to get into further trouble.

The CVS manager made a complaint regarding my son staying inside and he was subsequently let go. Securitas failed to provide him with accurate training for each position that they assigned him to. It was go and do whatever, walk around make notes. They found a way to get rid of him, without what they think is not violating his rights under the ADA.

I feel that they were totally in the wrong. They also have provided him with his final paycheck which is to be handed over within 72 hours of termination. IT is not past 72 hours and no one seems to know what is going and the person that they say can answer the question is gone for the whole day. They should page him and get an answer now.
