They are robbing me!

This company is a complete rip-off. I have never posted on the internet before, so I am not an individual who does this lightly. I have not had an account with them for almost two months. After 5 years with this company, my terminal broke. I was informed that I would have to purchase a new one because I owned the one I had.

I had just received an offer from another company offering the same services and providing me with a new terminal for free. I cancelled my account. They took $150.00 out of my account for a "complience fee" for the year Oct 08 thru Nov k09. I don't even nave an account with them!

Yesterday, they removed $400.00 from my bank account. I was informed that this was going to happen because of a breach of contract. When I spoke to the supervisor, she saw that my contract had expired 2 years ago and stated that this was an invalid fee.

Today, I called to check on the progres of my complaint and was informed that the $400.00 fee was actually for not returning the terminal! I was NEVER informed that I needed to return it. I took it to the local recycle electronics dump. Afterall, I owned it, according to their employee.

I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue. I have been lied to repeatedly, hung up on and given no recourse. Do not use this company!
