Conman, Deadbeat, total lack of morals

Just thought if anyone is thinking of doing business with Tony D'amico they should run. He's got the confidence man game honed to a fine science. Never have I meet a person so lacking in conscience, it's like he's in some little world of his own where everyone's there for him to screw around. I have given him every opportunity to stettle a $900.00 invoice he agknowledges he owes from repairs to his house. I swear he could write a book of excuses, didn't get the calls, didn't get the mail, didn't get the faxes, it's the banks fault, he just goes on and on lying, then thinks no one notices. I think the topper was when he emailed me saying he would UPS the cheque the next day and left a 15 digit number one would think was a tracking #, trouble is UPS doesn't use a 15 digit code. This guy is just out of control, I've spent about 20 hrs persuing this deadbeat, now I'll have to spend another 20 going to city hall and court to put a lien on his house. I'll expand on this story as is drags on. I have all the emails he has sent me if anyone cares to see the less than honorable way this man conducts himself.
