Nation service does not pay contractor in missouri

On Oct 31 we received a p.O. From Nation Service Inc to fix some lighting on some temp offices in Cameron Missouri. We fixed the problem and were informed by someone named Terrence Holmes that a check had been sent. Several weeks went by and no check was recieved. The second time around I was told that they would cancel the first check and mail another one. No payment has ever been recieved.

Now its been over a year and I cant even get anyone to answer my calls and I have left over a dozen messages. Do not do work for this company!!
