Took my money without me even knowing

I checked my card on day and found that they hade taken out 34 dollars out of my acount for signing up with them then the next day they changed it to only 30 dollars but when i called them they said "sorry well end your membership and send you the money back and i have yet to see that money, and when i call the number they have no way of talking to customer service.
