Never Deliver Products

I placed a order with Hero Builders in the first week of September and paid via PayPal. The Web Site claimed that shipping takes 3 weeks. After about 6-7 weeks I started to send emails to get a status on the order, and they never replied to any of my emails over the past several weeks.

I call the phone number and even during business hours nobody answers the phone, it rolls to a voice mail and claims someone will return the call the next business day. I have left voice mails and they don't return those either. It's now been 3 months and I have no product, no status, and nobody will return any message at all.

This is not a lot of money but if enough people are getting screwed it could add up to a lot. So I think by now I need to get the word out.
