Cut off broadcast feed during last five min. Of packer/carolina game

We have purchased the directtv nfl sunday ticket for the last four years. This year we have a problem.
Yesterday, 11/30, was the third time this season that the feed for the game we were watching was cut off during the fourth quarter of the game, as a result, we missed the last five mins. Of the game. The channel in question was 709-1, i also noticed that some other games were gone as well. When i called directtv they said it was my equipment, however i was able to watch games on the other sunday ticket channels.
