Sunday Ticket Feed Cut Off in Last Minutes of Game

We have purchased the DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket for the last four years. This year we have a problem.

Yesterday, 11/30, was the third time this season that the feed for the game we were watching was cut off during the fourth quarter, and as a result we missed the last five minutes of the game. The channel in question was 709-1. I also noticed that some other games were gone as well.

When I called DirecTV, they said it was my equipment, but I was able to watch games on the other Sunday Ticket channels.
