Leah Nestel, Alexanders Inc. Did not pay me for work, stopped pmt on my paycheck, cancelled my flight & left me stranded in Dallas, TX. Gave no lunch breaks on 16 hr days

I took a job from craigslist to drive and set up trade shows all over the US. I was told I was going to be put up in a hotel, given 20.00 per day per diem on food, and pay my airfare home. The pay was to be 700.00 per show.

I left for Houston out of Los Angeles driving her van and trailer with her credit card for gas, 40.00 for 2 days of food, and 60.00 for a hotel for 1 night. After 24 hours of my actual driving time arriving in Houston to train and break down a show, I was not to be paid for that. However I did such a good job, she paid me 100.00 for 1 1/2 days work. I then drove 4 hours to Dallas and set up and worked the whole week minus 2 days due to unseen circumstances. That is 500.00 owed to me.

She cancelled my paid flight home, put a stop payment on my 100.00 check, and did not pay me anything for 4 days of work at 12 hours per day. She also did not give out any lunch breaks.

This left me with no money, stranded at DFW, and had to buy my own bus ticket home. Tell me that's not wrong. She is totally wrong and with bank fees and my work, she owes me at least 750.00.500.00 100.00 plus 150.00 for my bank fee. I could ad 240.00 for my driving labor which is about 1,000.00.
