Peter Hexner, Elizabeth Thompson Completely Dishonest, Fraudulent, To Be Avoided At All Costs

My story is virtually identical to what is already posted except that I went to the Better Business Bureau.

Currently, I am still suspicious about the BBB because although they conducted an independent arbitration, it took more effort than usual to get them to do this and since the arbitration, they have also done what appears to be little or nothing.

Don't get me wrong, I sincerely appreciate the arbitration. Mostly, I guess because I won and felt listened to and acknowledged. However, an arbitration is worthless if one of the participants is a scofflaw who apparently had no intention of honoring it had they lost!

You'd think the owner Peter Hexner by this time would honor his initial promise of a refund and a year later, the decision of the arbitration, to which they of course agreed.

NO WAY! Now, they claim all sorts of reasons as to why the check representing a refund has NEVER arrived. Like they have to pull the file. And, the BBB continues to procrastinate any further actions that would help notify the unsuspecting public.

What really surprises me is the fact Creative Listing, Inc. Is still in business. How can they get away with their dishonest nonsense? Do people not go on line to check people out? I guess not.

Please do yourself a huge favor.

If you are contemplating doing business with these people, contact me first. Out of respect and honor for our great nation, I will take my valuable time to personally tell you about my totally dissatisfactory experiences with these clowns.

Let's demonstrate that honesty and integrity is the way to happiness and financial success. Meaning, more money is made through honest dealings than criminally.

That can only be accomplished by avoiding such characters as Mr. Hexner and his accomplice Elizabeth Thompson like the plague!
