Won't ship purchased items, Bad Bad Business

I purchased curriculum from them on 11/5. They said it takes 10 business day's. On day 11 I called for the status of my order. The customer service rep argued with me and kept telling me how wrong I was. When I said that this was poor customer service she told me I am a "lousy customer" and hung up on me. I hung up and called back for almost 2 hours and was unable to get through to talk to anyone else. It now seems that my order has been shipped but I still haven't recieved anything. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. They refused to refund my money and cancel my order also. This has been a terrible experience and I would strongly urge people to AVOID this company at all costs.
