Awful, rude company! Terrible customer service - horrible company policies

Stay away from this company!!! Purchased Frontline for Dogs. It took 3 weeks for order to ship. I received zero communication from this company regarding the status of my order. When I tried to cancel the order because I had heard nothing about its status, I was declined. Company stated all sales are final and refused to cooperate or supply any shipping details. My request to cancel the order was sent BEFORE the item ever shipped. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. Buyer beware!!! This company should not be in business. If it's a couple bucks more expensive somewhere else, save yourself the aggravation and buy it anywhere but at maak enterprises!!!
