Ripoff Fraudulent debts by SPRINT PCS reimbursement refused by SRINT PCS

Sprint PCS allowed 6 fraudulent debts to my personal checking account in Overland Park, KS. Four of these charges were reimbursed by my local bank. I filed a clail with Sprint PCS fraud department and was given no customer services by one of their reprersentatives for one month after being assigned a case number. Upon my call to Sprit I was assigned another representative and another case number. I supplied bank statements, affidavids and after another month of follow up to Sprint was told the claim was denied! Then the representative called back and said that they had the claim approved and only needed a statement of why the bank was unable to cover the fraudulent debts. I provided that statement from my bank to Sprint PCS and after another month was told the fraud claim was denied due to the number of transactions! These transactions were POS using a debt card (point of sale transactions) in Overland Park, KS, I live in Georgia and have never been to Overland Park, KS and I have never had an account with SPRINT PCS!

How can a multi-billion dollar corporation allow this activity and then deny the common hard working citizen. SPRINT PCS allowed $1150.68 to be fraudulently taken from my checking account and I have asked them to cover $659.86 due to it being over a 60 day window. How do they have a right to keep money that they basically stole from my personal checking account?
