Scammed me by creating an account on my behalf and charged me the fee not described in a cancelled agreement

The same scam they did to others just happened to me too in Washington State. Their Sale Rep rushed me to sign their paper one evening, then I've found a better rate else where, I canceled my agreement with them (within 24hrs in writing and by telephone), their sale rep called me 3-4 times trying to change my mind to try their svc and promised to give a better rate then they never followed through with the new agreement that they were supposed to write up. They went ahead and created an account on my behalf then 4-months later charged my account a large fee (not described in the agreement that I cancelled). What a scam! Not only that, they don't go by their agreement, they don't respect your cancellation, and the bank that referred me to them too is a bias bank. I'm going to close my account and I'm going to take these people to court. People you have to be serious with these guys otherwise they will not learn anything.

They provided me with nothing in return for the money they took. Further more. This is fraud, scam you name it. So many companies are hungry, they have to scam people to survive or what?
