Inc - Neil Rosen VP - Shey, Customer Service Returned broken watch, did not receive credit to my Visa

I ordered a mans watch-It came without a manual and did not work. Notified company of problem. They said mail back at my expense. I have verification they received watch back. I have not received my credit.instead they try to sell me more watches. I just want to be credited and will never again take my business there. Poor customer service-unanswered e-mails. They make phone promises but do not deliver.
