Ripoff, took watch for repair, never sent back, and cannot give explanation why

I have purchased 2 watches from this company. Both came with warranties and both broke near the same time. I sent BOTH watches back at the same time in the SAME BOX for repair work. One was returned promptly and was not repaired but actually replaced. (shows the quality is a sacrifice. They just send a new one).

The second watch is a whole different story:
This Co. Claims they do not have the watch after 2 other phone operators telling me the pinnacle watch was there and would be repaired and shipped to me for $29.00 fee.

Now they tell me they do not have and have not had, or cannot find my watch and ignore calls or request for help/they also told me they would waive the fee for my troubles but now the watch does not exist in their system any longer.

Bottom line:
i bought two watches, they both broke within a year and they are poor quality. The customer service dept is arrogant and indifferent. I have lost time and $200 to this rip off report deserving company. Buy a better watch. I can promise you you will not get a quality product or assistance from this company. 2 out of 2 purchases gone bad...
