This company scammed us on parts needed and on a contracted PM did nothing but look for ways to charge us for other things

Upon arriving to do a contracted PM the (techs) showed up at 10:30 am (too late to do properly before lunch) went on the roof for about 30 minutes and returned with a serious problem. We had a blower on our kitchen ac unit that was completly burnt out. Quoted us $3345.13 on a complete blower assy. Took this unit out and left with it. Called to get a second opinion and found out the quote was for mostly parts that this assembly did not even exist. Thus finding out that it was only the motor that was bad $254.19 Had the whole thing back up and running for $354.59. Was quoted 15% on parts under contract
was charged 126% above parts cost on two items plus they failed to clean anything and charged me for 5 belts they never replaced. Talked with Company PM Director "Paul Hurcules"he stated (if you don't like what we have to provide then go and try someone else and see what you get) We are all professionals here and are in the business to provide a service and make a profit just like you our profit margins are high in order to pay for the advanced technicians availible.
