Major rip-off

I had my carpets cleaned by Abiney's on a Saturday. The carpet technicians seemed to be in a big hurry. When the carpet technicians left, the carpets were not only dirty, but they were drenched with water.

I called on Monday morning to report this & I was offered to have them recleaned by the same technicians. However I felt thet the technicians did not do an acceptable job the first time, so why would I feel comfortable allowing them to enter my home a second time. They refused to send any other technicians to my home to remedy this problem. They also refused a refund.

Also, after reporting them to the BBB, nothing was done to fix this situation. I had to replace my carpets in the living room due to this bad carpet cleaning job.

What really blows my mind, is Abiney's actually has called my home on three separate occasions since this incident to advertise there "three rooms and a hallway special". I asked them, please put my number on your do not call list. Then I had to remind them of the poor service they provided & how I had to cal the BBB.
