February I sold my Danish apartment to move to the USA. The realtor Anette Overgaard Gravel told me she would have a look at the power meter and report it to the power company as I was already in the States.

9 month later i received a huge bill from the power company, wanting me to pay for the new owners current consumption, as nobody had reported anything to them.
The helpful real estate agent, of course, didnt know anything about her promise anymore and I had to pay the horrendous bill.
