Ripping Customers off

One staff member tell you one thing then another tell you something different. One told me that my account was almost paid in full, then when I called to find out if December was the last payment then they tell me I owe 3 more monthly payments. I think that Aarons over price there items and I want to find out if the prices they are giving us (customers) is correct or they are ripping us off and we don't know it.
