Rip Off! Rip off, Lazy, Disrespectful, breaks promises

Before Halloween I rented to own a brand new washer and dryer from rent a center. They told me it was BRAND NEW. I Bring it home and 2 days later the dryer stops working and the Washer knocks so hard it sounded like it had metal chains all in it. I called the company and told I wanted someone to fix it.

The next day someone finally came out to pick up the washer and dryer and told me it will be in the shop and you can not get it back for about 2 weeks. He gave me 2 loaners and told me they were new and that I would still have to pay for the one's in the shop. That following day I ended up leaving town for a week and my sister watched the house and the dogs.

She tried to do some laundry for me and called me and told me the dryer does not work. I was very disappointed. I called rent a center as soon as I arrived home and they were going to send someone out to fix the problem today and that they would be here between 12 pm and 1 pm.

I called when 1 oclock came around and the receptionist Danielle told me they were running late and it would be 20 more minutes. I am sitting here and it is now 6:28pm and no one has showed up. I called Danielle again and complained she said the workers were stupid and didn't know what to tell me. I am still awaiting the phone call from the Manager.
