Falsely convicted my son of a crime in which he didn't commit

Falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit (Demetrius). Failure to stop & give information, the car said supposly involved was towed home the morning before @ about 2am said hit and run accrued about 5pm on 11/06/08.

My son's car has enormous body damage and a flat tire not driveable officer didn't believe my son but said drive of other car. There were witness who disputed the driver the officer insisted it was my son. The car in question was not drivable to cause such accident. Son arrested
