I have place a order with this company over 2 weeks ago and I' m still waiting for my product to be shipped.

They don't understand what I'am saying, The don't reply back to e-mails or call you back when they say they will. Their customer service is horrible all they keep saying is I will ship it out as soon as possible, it a week later and I'm still waiting for a product. Come to find out they don't have all of my item in stock; Yet still the item is still listed on their website and they are still taken orders, while knowing they don't have the product in stock yet.

I will not use this company again, they need to have better customer services and communicate with their customer on what going on etc...
