Outrageous Charge for Collect Calls

When my son called me collect I got a recording that said my phone service does not allow collect calls. To receive the call I had to put my debit card number in.

When I looked at my bank statement I could not believe I was charged $36.33 plus $1.00 for each call.

I just read the other usacomplaints.com for this company and now I am afraid I will have more charges.

I am going to file a report with the BBB and I hope everyone else will also. This needs to stop.
