Charged me on my telephone bill for collect calls never recieved Ripoff

This company billed me for collect calls that I never recieved, nor accepted. When you call the 866 number all you get is a recorded message to wait on hold until you get frustrated and hang up. You also have the option to leave a message which they never return the calls.
