Aaron's Sales And Lease Aaron's, full of theives and ripoff artists thinking they found a legal loophole to get away with it, lets prove them wrong!

I began leasing with Aaron's easy eanough to begin with. I started with a laptop (I have MS, & am wheelchair bound) I was livivng in a homeless shelter, but when I almost died there after I was well enough to leave the hospital I was sent to a nursing home for more recovery and for rehab. Me, the computer and all that I owned which was some clothes and shoes. This was in June.in July my computer went down and it took Aaron's 2 yes 2 months to come and fix it and yes I was expected to make my payments for these 2 months while the computer was down. They did not follow the comtract that states if something like this is to happen then I am to get another computer, a loner until mine is repaired but tat never happened they just kept taking the money.

When I was ready to get out of the nursing home and move into my own home which is a beautiful new apartment that has 23 units that are totally handicap/disables units. I had for furnarure so like an idiot I went back to Aaron's for a living room set and a bedroom set. Since September they have illegally tried to use my credit card "just because they had the nummbers & I had not made my payment yet". Joe Gershner, the general manager has called me repeatedly, harassing the hell out of me, I mean every day and now they are threating me with "legal action" even though I have made payments Aaron's being Aaron's just finds a way to do what they do best adding on this and that and I have witnesses about all of this, that the G. M thinks it is funny to add extra money onto poeples accounts, that it is funny to take back people's stuff, to not tell customers that something like oh say a mattress will cost extra even though it is not on any contract, can someone please tell me how that they can do that?

So here I am totally disabled, living on SSI/SSDI fighting every day to find a way to get back at Aaron's for the hell that they are putting me through and I need someones help so if this is the way I can get it, that I can get retrabution then this is the way I will have to go my next step is the local paper and legal aide so if you can help please do because I really do need someones help in stopping these theives, stop them in doing this to me as well as prevent them from doing this to others!
