Rip-off I was lied to on the phone in 3 & requested a refund once package arrived disclosing the lies in 5 still nothing 1!

3 Received offer for package over the phone and agreed to EFT of $225. Oo from my savings acct. To occur on April 12... And it sure was!

5 Received Benefits Package which was to consist of the Master Card I was told I would be receiving... Not applying for... Approved and guaranteed to receive w / $2,500 cr. Limit... Only received an offer/invitation to apply for a MasterCard. Nothing more.

6 Requested refund of Membership already deducted from my acct. ($225.) I was told it would cost me $25. To request a refund and once they received my request for refund by ccompleting the special form w / the accurate detailed and sspecific information is completed properly, my refund would be mailed to me.

Approx. Time for all of this to occur was to be about 45 days - this is what I was told. As of 2 I have not! I have been continually calling and demanding my money and have been told on 7 different occasions that it will be mailed out in the next batch of mailing scheduled to go out. Yep, each time I even got a date as to when it would be mailed. Only to receive nothing and be told once again, "there is nothing in the notes that says you were told when the refund would be mailed", bla, bla, bla!

I never received any apologies, explanations as tto why they were still in possession of my money, etc. My last ccall made to Freedom Resource to inquire about refund, I got hung up on. 2/6-No Refund!!!
