Midland Funding - morgan & pottinger got taken now fighting

I also got sued for way more money than what was owed. Havent used this card for 9yrs... But if I got any letters thhey didnt come to me Didnt recieve nothing till i got my summon. It didnt even have the right address i call them and set up to pay half sent them 1500 and was going to pay 50 a month had to take a loan for that... Well i call back a few weeks later waited for a call or saying they got the money and when i needed to start paying nothing so i call them and they said sorry you only had so many days to take care of this and now we are puttning a lein on your house. I said that wasnt right they didnt even have the right address and i was working on paying them my and my husband had 120. Oo to our name they took it all out of his account. This isnt right do i have a case to get them they now want 3,678 before i pd the 1500 it was 3500.. That 3600 is wat i owe after paying 1500...
