To all consumers, Please read this companies return policy before you buy. Even if you dont open the box, You CANNOT and they WILL NOT accommodate a return. The 30 day customer satisfaction promise is a lie. They were rigid unaccommodating and totally uninterested in creating a happy customer. I understand the no return policy on used bathroom items, but it is rediculous not to accept a return on an item that doesnt fit its intended purpose and is in an UNOPENED package. Bad business. Consumers, find another vendor to buy products from. Preferably one who values their customers. There are many businesses out there who would appreciate your business.
