Plan Error Never Fixed After Nearly a Year of Runaround

Initially, changed plan, January 25. Store confirmed plan was inaccurate by corporate company and would be remedied. Immense contradicting statements, excuses, and harassments from every possible employee.

Excessive use of my time to oversee and stay on top of this issue for nearly a year now. They fail to do a complete and accurate audit to credit the just amount they have screwed me out of and have changed the amount several times, depending on the employee spoken with at the time.

The store assured me this would be remedied, it has not. The "District Manager" is on vacation... The other person, "is on vacation".

Basically a complete and utter run around without apology, due diligence to remedy their error, no apology for the harassment and stress and just a sickening and gross disrespect for my time, patronage, and excessive patience for their complete and utter inhumanity.
