Woman Within / World Financial Network National Bank EXCESSIVE Unauthorized Monthly Charges

I received a charge for approximately $12.95 after I made a regular purchase. I called the company and was told it was a "fine print" item that I failed to give termination notice for. The rep on the phone assured me it would be taken care of.

Every month thereafter I have been charged an additional $20.00 late fee on top of the original bogus fee. For five months I have been receiving repetitive harrassing phone calls all day long as many as 13 in one day. They call Friday through Sunday in addition to randomly during the week. The calls start 8:00am and do not stop until about 9:00pm, usually no more than two hours apart. They will use a different phone number each time!

I have asked them to stop because my husband and I are both very ill. These people, usually with an Indian accent, are ruthless and believe if they harass enough you will give in and pay what you do not owe. They must be stopped.
