On 10/28/02, Carabella shipped a dress to me. I returned the dress within a few days. They received the dress back on 11/15/02. I waited and waited for a credit to appear on my MasterCard account. Finally, I called the first week of December. I was told that a credit would be applied to my account.

When the credit did not appear on my account in January, I started calling Carabella again, wondering where my credit of $79.95 was. Each time, I was told that it would be posted shortly.

To this date, I have called the company a total of six times. I have talked to Amy, Nefre, Nancy, Jennifer, and the supervisor, Annette. Whenever, you call there, they always claim that a supervisor is not there! I was told by Nancy on 1/27/03 that the credit was being issued that day, and it would appear on my account within 72 hours.

When it didn't, I again called and talked to Jennifer. She looked on my Carabella account, and she told me that a credit had not been issued yet (when I had distinctly been told by Nancy that it was issued that day). That call had not been recorded in the system by Nancy either.

It has been almost three months since Carabella received the dress back. I think that is long enough to get a credit issued on a return that they received 11/15/02.
