Charged me for an order I did not place

On May 29 I placed an internet order for several bathing suits. I then placed a second order over the phone for blouses. Several days later I received both my swimsuit order and my blouse order. Everything fit and I was very pleased.

Several days later I received a second order of bathing suits identical to my first order. I called Carabella and was told to return them, and that my credit card would be credited for the total amount including shipping. I was also told to call and let them know the cost of shipping the goods back to them and I would be credited for that amount also.

I did everything they told me to do.

In the mean time I received a notice from the Credit Card Company that said I had charged over my credit limit (because of the second bathing suit order that Carabella charged to my card) and the Credit Card Company charged me a $29.00 charge for exceding my credit limit.

I then got a "Credit Voucher Card" in the mail, so I called to find out what that was all about. A woman by the name of Annett B. Said that was my credit for the second order of bathing suits which I did not order in the first place. She refused to credit my credit card and said the whole thing was my fault and there was nothing else they could do. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told she didn't have one. I asked for the name of the president of the company and she refused to give it to me, saying it was a private company.

Needless to say, I feel totally ripped off. Now I have this "Credit Voucher Card" valued at $235.00 (which is no small amount of money) which is good for 1 year with a company I have no desire to do business with. If you can help please do! I could use the name of the president of Carabella. I am now going to try to do something through the Credit Card Company but I don't know what good that will do. Help me if you can! Thanks
