Stealing Money... Rip Off

I ordered a free trial of Extreme Acai Berry for a $3.95 shipping and handling fee. I did not see anywhere in the add that I was signing up for a monthly delivery.

When I received the trial, there was a note inside stating that I could call the 800 number if I wanted to cancel the subscription. Since I didn't want the subscription in the first place and only wanted a trial, I immediately started to try the number. I received a busy signal. I received the same busy signal everyday, no matter what time of day for the next 2 weeks.

Then I discovered a charge to my account for $89.61 from a company called Fastmelts and a phone number next to it. I tried calling and again it was busy. I waited a day and contacted my bank and I have to go in and cancel the account or the card. I tried the number again and received a recording about hours and the best times to call between 6pm and 9pm MST. I was put on forever hold and couldn't sit and wait all day.
