JIA Enterprise Scamming people out of money

Uyer beware i bought the ugg boots back in Feb 2nd of 08 for my wife's valentine's day present and it was month late. I had to return it because inside the sole of the boots kept coming off every time she takes them off. When I finally got it back there was glue all over inside the boots so I had to spend money to return them again. Package has been returned but my money has not been refunded

I think only two people works there. I have emailed and called numerous tine the last couple of months and have not gotten a response.
