Filed corporation papers (wrong) and bounced the checks they wrote for the filing fees

I contacted Americorp services - Ironfist business solutions to file incorporation papers for the state of Calif. They filed the wrong paper work causing me to re-state my filings.

They wrote bad checks to the Secretary of State of California. I had to cover the filing fees as they never responded to my inquiries via email or phone calls.

Fortunately I used a visa card for payment to these guys and disputed the charges and won my case and got my money back.
