This is a paper mail scam that seeks to obtain $225.00 in bogus fees to file customary incorporation documents which are already filed as an ordinary matter of process when setting up a corporation in California. No intervention is necessary by this or any other outside party to file this simple form. Corporate Business Filings Inc. Uses a threatening sounding letter that salks about penalties and suspension to coerce people into paying them for sending in this simple form that has nothing more than your name on it. Providing that info is a normal part of any incorporation process. They are also using a logo that looks strikingly like the California State Seal to make it appear they are legitmate. I'm pretty sure that is blatantly illegal.
