Rips off medical offices, and steals money

Terry Miller (AKA Terry Miller) is stealing money. He is running a collection agency in Brentwood, TN. Medical offices turn collection accounts over to his one man "business". He is supposed to give you 70% of the money collected. For about a year, he has not paid many, many offices in our area. He has stolen over $30,000. He is currently under federal investigation for mail fraud and under FBI investigation for wire fraud. He needs to be jailed. Yeah, he did send me a "settlement" check, which bounced for NSF. Every day I call this liar, and am given one lie after another about the money and when it will come. To date, he has not paid me. Call the Brentwood TN Police Department. He is currently under active investigation. He needs to be jailed for theft.
