Derek Bollwinkel
Strikes Again

Shops, Products, Services

Derek Bollwinkel was part of a company named Apex Enterprises, where they would buy homes that were on foreclusers and then rent them out to indiviuals for only $500. A month. To move in you would pay first and last and that was it.

Well he rented me one of his homes and a short three months later I had visit from a totally different Realty Company informing me that the home had been sold at a forecluser sale and that my childern and I had to vacate by the middle of the month, I then had tryed to contact Mr. Bollwinkel severaly times by phone and email and he never returned any of my attempts.

What made it so bad was I a single mother was unemployed at the time and had only a limited amout of funds, so I was just about to be homeless and with no money. Mr. Bollwinkle should have paid me the amount for the end of the last month that I did not lived in this home.
