Derek bollwinkel has a business named apex enterprize. He prays on honest hard working people who some times get in a jam and look for a way out. This man promise a house anywhere you want all you do is the leg work for finding a home to house sit for 6-18 months short-term. You pay him for a list that cost $250.00 that you can get free on the internet of house that are in pre-forcloser. Then once you find the house you get a cotract signed between the owner and apex enterprize to buy the house and you get keys to move in. Once that contract is signed you then give him another $250.00. He claims hes placing a bid for the house. Nobody knows nothing of him. He has riped people off all over the valley. This man is sick and needs help. Me and my wife met with mr. Bollwinkel at his home in east mesa where he looked us both in the eye and said he was ligtiment. He needs to be stoped.
