Hello to anyone out there looking to buy from bagbinge.com DO NOT!!! I am a first and last time customer with them. I saw only 2 rip -off reports on them before I ordered from them. I then called the company to question them about the truthfulness of the articles before I placed my order. I was assured it was only the competition who was mad because their bags looked so legit they had to try to stop customers from ordering from them. Well I placed my order in the 2nd week of September and was told I would have my 3 items in a week and a half. Well it was getting into October and I STILL DIDN'T have my bags!!! They said it was some chinese holiday. They didn't return my calls, they didnt respond to my emais. So basically I didn't know what was going on. A week ended up turning into a month and when I FINALLY got my items 1 was missing! They never told me all my items weren't shipped so I had to call them again. Again no answer so at this point i'm like just refund me my money. They then send me an email talking about its coming later. WHAT! I had already waited a month and now you want me to continue to wait while you hold my money? I told them to refund my money well they didn't so I now have a dispute going with my bank to get my money back. The quality of the bags are also not great!!! I ordered the LV bag which they said was real cowhide leather well they LIED. My LV bag started to rub off in the whats supposed to be leather sections of the bag the same day. I contacted them again the same day to find out how they were going to fix the problem. I have yet to hear from them I left a thousand messages and emails still no reply. Thank goodness I paid thru my bank so I will get my money back. This is a REAL report not a competitor I just want you to know what you see is not what you get with BAGBINGE!!! And once they have your money you may not hear from them again!!!
