Slick Cancelation fee's

I sign up for Protection Security about 2 yrs ago, call up recently because I had to move and want to cancel service (act#xx578) the custmomer service agent said sure just mail in a letter of statement. O.K. 4 months later I get a bill final notice $502.40, I call in was told that I was being charing for canceling early, what a surprise because customer service never told this in the began. If I was made aware of the fee I could have transfered the service to the new owner or something. Don't mess with protection one contracts, they have a casue in it that will renew automic if you do give them 30 day notice for your contract expires.
