Were supposed to search for an insurance policy

I paid these frauds $ 18.00 to find an insurance policy that I know my mother had and could not locate.
Instead they send me information on assets listed by the State of Rhode Island, where I live, that have abandoned. I knew about this account but it just wasn't worth my trouble. What I really needed was the insurance policy.
After they send me the RI info I emailed them telling them that it was useless info for me and it was not what I paid for. They ignored this and subsequent emails even after I informed them that I was going to do this. At this point the $ 18.00 is meaningless. Now they have my Irish up.
