Appointment Missing From System After Condo Install Approval

Dish technician came and confirmed we could install dish in our condo. So we purchased the renter's insurance which is required by the landlord and went through all the necessary processes. Called Dish Network and scheduled an appointment for actual installation. On the day before the appointment, I called them to confirm with our appointment and surprisingly it was not in their system. I was transferred 5 times and had to explained to them 5 times what happened before someone could actually give me another appointment. A different technician came to the site and told us it's impossible to install a dish on the confirmed location.
